This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between www.greenlightfinancial.net (“Licensor”) and the user (“Licensee”) who downloads, installs, or uses the software (“Software”).
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on a single device, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Distribute, rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party.
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws and regulations.
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensee may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Licensee fails to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
The Licensor may provide updates or upgrades to the Software at its discretion. Any such updates or upgrades will be subject to the terms of this Agreement unless otherwise specified.
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet the Licensee’s requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
The Licensor reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by providing notice to the Licensee. Continued use of the Software after any such amendments shall constitute the Licensee’s consent to such amendments.
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
